These terms govern the use of the Website. They are not terms of sale or a membership agreement.

Purpose of the Website

She Is Burgundy is a lifestyle brand and community presenting selected collections, stories, collaborations and private experiences.
The Website provides information about our activities and allows visitors to contact us or express interest in the Burgundy Circle.
The Website does not currently provide online shopping, payment processing or online membership registration.

Enquiries and expressions of interest

You may contact us through the enquiry form or the contact details provided on the Website.
Submitting an enquiry or expressing interest does not, by itself:
• Place an order or reserve a product.
• Confirm an appointment or event booking.
• Establish a Burgundy Circle membership.
• Create an obligation to purchase or pay.
Any proposed purchase, appointment, experience or membership will be addressed separately. Where relevant, you will receive confirmation of the responsible business, the applicable conditions and any charges before making a commitment.
Please provide accurate information and submit only material that you are entitled to share.

Collections and product information

Collection descriptions, photographs and other product information are provided for presentation and general information.
Availability, prices, materials, dimensions, colours and personalisation options must be confirmed with the relevant seller before a purchase. Screen settings and photography may affect how colours and details appear.
This section does not exclude responsibility for misleading information or limit any applicable consumer rights.

Independent retail and Experience partners, External links

We may introduce visitors to independent retail, creative or experience partners.
Where a partner is the seller or service provider, its identity and role must be made clear before you enter into an agreement. The transaction will be subject to the applicable terms provided by that business.
A link, introduction or collaboration does not, on its own, make Beburgundy BV the seller or contracting provider. Equally, nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that Beburgundy BV actually has under a particular arrangement or applicable law.

The Website may link to independent websites, including retail partners and social media platforms.
We do not control those websites or their availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Providing a link does not mean that we endorse every statement or service on the linked website. This section does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Burgundy Circle and future membership

Information about the Burgundy Circle allows visitors to learn about the community and express interest.
An enquiry does not constitute an application acceptance, membership confirmation or entitlement to particular benefits.
Any future membership arrangement will be managed separately from the Website. Before you join, the relevant provider will explain the applicable benefits, eligibility requirements, fees, duration, cancellation arrangements and other membership conditions.
These Terms of Use do not establish or replace those membership conditions.

Intellectual property and Acceptable use

The Website may contain text, photographs, logos, graphics, designs and other material protected by intellectual property rights.
These rights belong to us, our licensors or the relevant third-party rights holders.
You may browse the Website and use its content for personal, non-commercial reference, subject to applicable law. Other reproduction, distribution, publication, modification or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where legally permitted.
The display of a third-party brand, product or trademark does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use it.

You must not:
• Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts or information without authorisation.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the Website’s operation.
• Submit unlawful, threatening, abusive or rights-infringing material.
• Use contact forms to send unsolicited advertising or spam.
Where reasonably necessary, we may take proportionate steps to protect the Website and its users against misuse.

Responsibility and statutory rights, Applicable law and disputes

Any responsibility arising from the Website or its use will be determined under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply.
Disputes will be handled by the courts competent under the applicable jurisdiction rules.
